I live with the feeling of full gratitude every day. It all started with writing down 10 things I am grateful for every morning in January 2019. Very soon our family created a habit at breakfast to say 3 things we are grateful for. Why do I do it? Because it makes me feel fantastic! It makes me see and notice the things in everyday life that we often take for granted. It makes me see great things about myself: what I am good at, how pretty I am, what a great person I am. And that makes me feel worthy, it gives me self-respect and confidence. When I feel gratitude I automatically shift my perception, I see good in everything and everywhere. And that makes me happy, very happy! Be grateful every day and the magic happens!

I have been practicing daily gratitude for while now, it's become something I do automatically. 

I don't just do it in the morning for ten minutes a day, I do it several times a day.  Whenever something good happens in my life, I immediately say "Thank you Universe!"  Gratitude is a state of mind, it shifts your attention to focus on the good and therefore attracts more things into your life for you to feel good about.

Hi, my name is Heike. I am a loving woman, an entrepreneur, and a mother of two beautiful children. For many years I educated my mind and soul. In April 2019th I discovered Gratitude practice. Gratitude is an amazing way to make the vision you hold of the future come true, it also helps to draw things, people an opportunity into your life. The beauty of gratitude is that, by feeling it now for future things to happen, you are communicating to your body, your brain, and the energy field that is already so. Since then my life has changed a lot.
