For the past two years, I have been on a journey toward becoming the best person that I can be. Since then Gratitude has been my supplement. Being grateful all the time isn’t easy, but it's possible if you practice it consistently. I discovered that gratitude practice gives me the power to turn my attention from the problematic situation to things, people who I am grateful for. Gratitude can transform any situation. Practicing gratitude every morning helps me to start my day positive and gives good vibes all day.

Although you have a difficult time, be grateful for hard times, and move forward with deep gratitude. Hard times are those which make us grow as a person. One door closes so that the other can open. With grateful heart, you can move freely towards your dreams and goals. If you focus on the moment and the opportunities, after a while, you will notice that good things are happening in your life more and more often.
We always have the opportunity to choose what we think. By thinking positive thoughts, you create good energy around you. Through gratitude practice, you train your mind to see only good and focusing your thoughts on the good you attract good into your life.
